Shipping & Returns
We collaborate with COURIER CENTER for Greece and countries abroad. (For the countries abroad, you will need to contact us first via e-mail).
• Clients are informed about delivery time immediately after the order is completed.
• We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days.
• We will inform you in time in case a product is not available at our Warehouse.
• We send parcels daily, except for Saturday, Sunday, national holidays and days when there is some sort of strike that does not allow the shipping of the parcel.

If you would like to return/exchange any of the items you have bought, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received your package. Call us at +30 210 4206263 Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 16.00 or email us at email@example.com.
• No return will be accepted unless there is prior communication with the company.
• Our company will be charged with the shipping cost, if there has been a case of manufacturing flaw or wrong delivery.
• In case there is an exchange for wrong size, always on the same design, our company will also be charged with the shipping cost of the first exchange attempt.
• In any other case, the client is charged with the relevant shipping cost.
• All products must be returned in their initial good state and in their initial packaging carrying all their accompanying documents.
• The company is not liable for any used products.
• Please note that we will only accept parcels that have been returned with COURIER CENTER ONLY.
